Responsive Issue (Mobile, Tablet)

  • Hello,

    I wonder if you can help me.
    I’m using WR MegaMenu and it’s a great plugin that has all the functionality I need for my website.

    However, I seem to be having issues when it comes to responsiveness of the plugin.

    On a Desktop, if I resize the browser window lower than a certain width, the menu completely disappears.

    Whereas if I look at my site on either a Tablet or a Mobile device, the Menu is replaced by an orange bar/button.

    I need to get this site completed ASAP, so any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for letting us know the issue. Can you let me know which version of wordpress and php server you are using? Besides that, could you provide your site url here so that i can check how the menu is going on.

    Thank you for your response, the information you requested is as follows:

    WordPress is version 4.1

    PHP is version 5.5 running on a CentOS 6.6 VPS using the Plesk control panel (12.0.18) and Apache.

    Thank you for the cooperation, Can you find the following code located at wr-megamenu/assets/css/frontend.css this line is 304

    @media only screen and (max-width: 783px) {
    .wr-megamenu-container ul.wr-mega-menu {
    display: none ;
    }
    }

    And then try changing display:none to display:inline-flex

    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for your response!
    I have applied the CSS change that you mentioned and the menu is now appearing on mobiles and tablets – problem now is that the menu list items are overlapping and do now have any way to open the mega menu from the main links.

    Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

    Thank you for the reply, Can you let me know the admin login account via the private message on our support forum here so that i can check deactivate wr mega menu and see if your theme support mobile menu or not?
