responsive issue

  • Hi everyone! I have a challenging issue here…

    On this site https://workerscomp.staging.wpengine.com/

    if you make the browser window thinner, it will become responsive and show a grey bar that says “get a free case consult”

    I want to create some bars similar to this, under the yellow boxes…but I can’t seem to find this code on the backend ??

    when i inspect at the HTML and CSS (I use firebug in firefox) I see this code: Get a free case consult

    I’ve searched all through the files in wordpress editor and don’t see that code??? There is a lot of PHP….where could it be? How could I create more bars like that? Or at least some kind of vertical menu.

    Basically I can’t find the “Get a free case consult” code on the backend of wordpress even though I see it in firebug when I inspect.
