responsive issue

hi, in some pages i have a page header for desktop and tablets (hidden for mobile) and just below another header for mobiles (hidden for desktop and tablets).
When i’m using my desktop navigator, if i minimize gradually the window, there is a point (i suppose is near the break mobile point) where the two headers are showed.
i want to solve that bug to pass directly from the desktop header to the mobile header
