responsive images?

Hi,
I really like your plugin, Thank you.
I’m finding that in my application (twenty twelve theme) the images are squeezing when the viewport becomes narrow, in a different way than images are normally handled in the sidebar. I’m using your tweak for current-menu-item also and that image is sliding over the one beneath at different screen sizes.
