Responsive header image

  • Thanks for a very nice theme!

    I’ve uploaded a logo sized 940×140. When the viewport goes too wide or when it goes down below a tablet size down to a phone size, the header image either expands too much or gets chopped off.

    Would there be an easy css to add to fix that?

    If you upload a 940×140 image, it would look perfect on wider viewports, but in smaller veiwports the edges could be chopped off, this is normal behaviour. This is because the header image you upload is used as a background image for the header. You may try uploading your image as the logo image if you want your image to appear as such. The logo image will have some padding around it, but this padding can be removed using custom css if you wish.

    Not the same question, but I don’t want to start a new post.

    Is there a way to change the size of the header? I want something less tall, but no matter what I upload it resizes it to 140px.
