Responsive footer jumps up against content
-
Hi, I’m having a problem with a theme I’m working on on the following website: https://demo.saltwater.nl/
As you can see, if the browser window is maximized, the footer shows up fine against the bottom of the screen. However, as soon as the window shrinks and the responsive theme kicks in, the footer suddenly jumps up against the content.
I’m not too savvy when it comes to responsive coding and despite my search efforts I haven’t been able to find out what’s causing this and how to fix it. Could anyone assist me with this?On a sidenote, I’m also trying to make the background image of the footer (the gradient) to stretch with the footer content. No matter what I adjust in either HTML or CSS, the image keeps tiling or disappearing as soon as the content in the footer stacks. I can’t imagine this to be difficult but I’m somehow still struggling with getting it to work.
