Responsive Extension Not Working?

    I’m trying to improve the look of the table containing state specific information on this page, I’d like to try all the responsive modes and see what looks best.

    However, I’m using shortcode [table id=123 responsive=scroll /] and it’s not showing any scroll, tried collapse too = same result.
