responsive emails issue

    Hello,
    I am using your plugin and its great, thanks for that!
    I have installed the plugin “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer” and there responsive template but for some reason the “Shipped” email that sent which contain the tracing info etc.. from your plugin seem to mess the template as it adding a table into it so the email is not responssive like should be.

    I have talked to the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer support and they told me this –
    “You are using a plugin: Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce
    That plugin won’t work with responsive emails because it’s adding a table to your emails that are not responsive.
    So you have to turn the responsive mode off when using that plugin.
    It’s that table that has the RTL alignment issues. I suggest contacting that plugins support, I’ve talked with them before they are quick to respond and they can tell you how to fix.

    Also the shipping title is part of that plugin so you need to talk with that plugins support to learn how to translate it.

    Can you please advice what to do so the responssive email will work properly with your plugin togther? and also how can i RTL the info that come from your plugin?

    Can you point us to where you enable/disable the responsive mode?
    I could not find this option anywhere on the Kadence email designer plugin settings and the email contains also the order items table that is also a table and the tracking display as a table but it is working fine on all screens.

    You need to install the responssive template first from here

    By the way why the address title not in Hebrew if every thing is from the woocommerce lang file? and also not align to the right in the table.

    1. This is since you use the responsive template probably, it’s aligned ok for me on the standard Kadence plugin, we will solve that also when we will add the compatibility
    2. the Billing Address translation is not done by the AST plugin. this is done by Kadence, check their translation files

    Not sure, we have a planned version for today and it will be on the next version, probably 1-2 weeks. I will update you here once we know more.

    I have updated the pkugin and tested again but the email show just the same with the table etc…

    But the alignment to the right was not the main issue.

    The main issue is the table that priventing from the email to be responssive in mobile.

    From what I checked the tracking table looks good in mobile, for all templates, please note that the order details is also a table in the Kadence responsive template, maybe I did not understand, Can you send me a screenshot of the issue you see in mobile?

    The email is too wide in mobile.
    You.need to flip the screen to see all of it. The Kadence responsive template is all about it. It make the email show.properly on mobile and only the tracking table make it desfunction.

    If you have email i can email to.you the email out put you will see.
