Responsive designs broken by Elementor 3+

    I had a four-column section designed in Elementor, which would switch to a one-column format on phone displays. But after upgrading to Elementor 3, the responsiveness was lost. I then upgraded to 3.0.1 this morning, and the issue remains. In order to fix things, I had to go to Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced and set Optimized DOM Output toDisabled.

    Elementor team: Please fix this. I would like to benefit from DOM optimizations, but not at the cost of breaking responsiveness.
