Data tables is a fantastic plugin and makes formatting tables extremely easy.
I was creating a very simple table and previewing it as I was editing and the responsiveness worked just fine.
But since the last week responsive mode stopped work on my iPhone and Android deveices. It looks like responsive mode disabled for my table, but I double checked it – it’s “on”. What is wrong with it? I need it to be fixed, because near half of my website visitors are viewing it from portable devices, so data table responsiveness is very important for me.

  • @vitpove, I have been dealing with a similar issue on my end, where any table created after the first one would not respond in mobile the same way as the first.

Do you by chance see your very first table responding correctly and the rest thereafter not?

Can you describe your responsiveness issue in more detail?

Reason is I have worked some custom CSS to deal with my problem.

    Hello, @vitpove

We tried to reproduce your problems on our testing servers and didn’t have any luck. Responsive modes for data tables are working good. You can view and test all available modes here: https://supsystic.com/example/data-table-responsive-modes/
Instruction about correct configuration of responsive data table you can read here: https://supsystic.com/documentation/make-table-responsive/

But most likely there is a conflict with your other plugin or your theme. We hope you understand that we can’t test our products with all other plugins and themes that are available on the market, and we can’t control the other developers. Therefore bad code of other plugins or templates can provoke a lot of problems.

Please try to deactivate all your plugins one by one and check the issue. Thus you will find out which plugin causes the error. If it won’t help, try to switch temporarily to a standard WordPress theme.
More useful information you can find here: https://supsystic.com/tips-for-solving-issues-faster/

Afterwards let us know about the result. This will help our developers to solve your problem faster.

P.S. If you still have problems with your tables and not comfortable to share links in a public place, you can write us via internal support and we’ll try to help you.
