    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    All Jetpack Contact forms use the .contact-form class, so you should be able to customize the look of the form by targeting this container.

    Thanks Jeremy! That’s exactly what I need. By the way is there any way for me to find out what class each plugin i have on my site? Or those jetpack plugins. Thanks.

    I would recommend using your browser’s web inspector to find out how each module is built, and how it can be customized.

    I’m personally a big fan of Firebug, but Chrome’s built in inspector works well too.
