Responsive – Column Sequencing

My web site has a section at the top with 2 columns and another section with a single column at the bottom.

The order I want these shown on a mobile is:-

1. Left hand column from Section 1
2. Section 2
3. Right hand column from Section 2

Is there a way to do this as I can only switch the order of columns in a section but don’t seem to be able to define the sequence I am looking for?

EDIT: I have managed to get the effect needed by creating a duplicate of column 2 at the bottom of the screen and toggled the first to hide on mobiles and the new one to hide on a PC. Feels like a workaround really though ??
