Responsive changes do not show on tablet mode

Hi Nimble Builder team,

I am developing a site offline using XAMMP with php version 7.3 and Google Chrome. I do not see the styling changes I make while on the tablet mode/view. Changes only show in the desktop and mobile view. Could this be a bug? I hope that this could be fix.

Also when will Nimble Builder Pro be released? What are the pricing plans? I hope there is lifetime deal similar to other pagebuilder plugins such as Ox***** builder and Br*** builder. I really like Nimble Builder since it is very easy to use but still has limited features though.
