First, let me state: I searched in the Responsive theme forum and couldn’t find anything to address my question. I think this is more a result of how Jetpack Carousel works, so I decided to post here.

I have a website using the Responsive theme and a Jetpack Carousel plugin for galleries. My question is – when I create a gallery, and then collapse the page down to mobile size, the gallery items go from four per line, to a three/one split, then two, then one.

I know from previous CSS usage that float:left would simply allow the items to float within a div and to re-position themselves as needed when that div is collapsed (moving nicely from four on a row, to three, to two, to one). Jetpack (?) obviously has some coding whereby it’s forcing a line break between the rows.

Is there any way I can change this so the items float left more naturally?

Page in question is here: https://garrettranchltd.ca/photo-gallery/

    Hi cweese,

Yes and I will leave this to Jetpack folks. Theme still does not have any special customizations for Jetpack Carousel plugin.

    Thanks,
    Emil

It doesn’t appear that this was ever answered.
