Responsive: can it switch from vertical to horizontal rather than to hamburger?

    Can “Advanced Sidebar Menu” show, in a desktop view, a dozen menu entries in a vertical menu on the left, but on a mobile screen switch to showing a five-section drop-down horizontal menu (within which the dozen items can be placed)?

    Hi Blue,

    This could be possible with the following process:

    • Add 2 widget to the site (one for mobile and one for desktop)
    • Use CSS and/or JS to style each menu the way you like for that device
    • Using CSS hide/show the correct one based on device

    The styles will depend a lot on your designs and theme. You should be able to style it for any theme.

    Thank you, that sound reasonable. I was hoping it might do so without writing custom CSS.
