• I’m using Max Buttons with the SiteOrigin Page Builder at this site: https://www.gsq.org.au
The page is responsive to a certain point and then the black buttons start to overlap until the page width is about that of an ipad (portrait) and smaller (iPhone) where it then looks as it should. How can I change the buttons so that the page is responsive at all screen widths? There are 12 buttons on the page to change.

    Hi,

Your buttons are set to a certain ‘width’ in the button editor. While this is fine for big screens on mobiles you get the problem you mention.

I think an option could be to use the responsive settings ( bottom of the button editor ) and set the width to ‘100%’ on screen sizes lower than 1200px . Probably you’ll also need to adjust font sizes.

Also if the button only differ in text and / or links there is absolutely no need to create seperate buttons, you can change those within the shortcode:

    [maxbutton id=”1″ text=”yourtext” url=”https://yoururl”%5D

Thanks very much for the prompt reply. All working now (almost) with some tweaks still to do.

That’s good to hear. Did you find anything unclear or things that we could look for improvement on this section ( like something missing? ). Feedback is welcome here in the support since we are looking to improve this section somewhere this year.
