Responsive background issue

  • Hi,

    I am having an issue on a website [ redundant link removed ]

    It is built in Elementor using the Hello theme.

    I want the back ground of Testimonial carousel to stay the same size when the screen size changes, I don’t mean for tablet and mobile, I mean on different desktop sizes.

    I have tried have a colour for the background and currently have an image for the back ground, but when I look on different screens, the size of the back ground changes.

    I would like the bottom of the blue background to stay level with the image to the right.

    Is this possible?
