Responsive and helpful customer support

This plugin is more knowledge-intensive than some of the other popup opt-in plugins available but (1) you can’t argue with the price (free!) and (2) the support is amazing. I’m very impressed with the level of service, particularly when compared to some of the paid plugins I’ve used. They seem to be constantly improving the plugin and open to feedback regarding desired features. Can’t go wrong with this!
