responsive anchors one-pager

Dear friends,

I have some problem with my anchors in combination with the top navigation menu.
I built a onepager with free Elementor. Ma basic theme is wp twenty seventeen. I removed the twenty seventeen header an using the menu static and sticky on top.
Due to a lack of working parallax in the mobile version, I basically built the page for desktop and then duplicated it for the mobile version. (with the responsive slide-buttons in the advanced settings). To be able to jump from section to section I placed several anchors. now…. the menu works for the desktop version. but the mobile version doesn’t. so what to do? Do I need different anchors? I tried using the same ID. But how to put the mobile anchors into the menu then?
