Responsive 4.0.5 Setting Header Layout to “Logo Center”

    Hi, I need to follow the advice of @dannyletham and @cyberchimps for how to resolve the issue of making my header image span the width of the whole page (see thread “Change container size of header image” raised by @kitty7896 last week).
    Their guidance was clear and the thread is marked ‘Resolved’…but where do I set the Header Layout as “Logo Center”?
    I’m on Responsive 4.0.5 (unpaid version) but can’t see how to use Customize>Extras>header image(deprecated) to do this?
    Could anyone tell me how to set the Header Layout as “Logo Center”?
