    When an admin responds to a review, the review is only visible when a user clicks on the review that has been responded to. Most users simply wont click on the review on the off-chance that there is a response. (They will no doubt scan the reviews page and think the store has not bothered to respond to the poor review(s) which is not good)

    Is there any way to show that a response has been made on the main review pagewithout actually having to click on each review?

    Are you referring to the cusrev page? Unfortunately, we do not have this option. I do understand your concern. I will forward it to our development team. They may consider adding it on our future updates.

    This would be nice to have.
    I have customers being nasty and the response we give is not visible to other users/viewers. So this makes us look bad, the response/rebuttal should be visible to all that view the review in my opinion.

    @nietbelangrijk thank you for the time writing this suggestion. I have already forwarded this to our development team. I’m sure they will weight all of these and consider to add this feature in the future.

    We have added indicators of replies to reviews to the CR website.
