    We are having issues with the #credits given to our users when buying a subscription. Some users dont get the number of credits they should get when buying or renewing their subscription. I am trying to get in contact with Woocredits already since a while but nobody respondse on our requests.

    We are having troubles too. On renewal, no credits are being assigned.

    And we were getting minus credits for subscriptions set to cancel out their existing credits.

    My pro version of the plugin is set to renew soon, I would like to see some support before then on this as it’s impossible to hear back..

    I sent a question a month back and all I have heard is that they are looking into it.
