    The RSVP confirmations to the designated event person are not showing the attendee information. It is as though the template is corrupt somehow.

    I could attach a screen shot, but basically it is a link back to the site with the standard “Email not displaying correctly? View in Browser” at the top.

    Hope this makes sense.

    I will do some tests to make sure the default notification email template works properly without any customization. Or did you do some customization of this already?

    Thanks David, no customization. The default template is there but the organizer is not getting the RSVP details in his incoming notification.

    And does the notification template include this code?

    That’s the placeholder for all the details. Double checked that it’s working with that format on my own sites. (I know, typical tech support: it works on my machine)

    RSVPMaker notification template placeholders:
    [rsvpyesno] YES/NO
    [rsvptitle] event post title
    [rsvpdate] event date
    [rsvpmessage] the message you supplied when you created/edited the event (default is Thank you!)
    [rsvpdetails] information supplied by attendee
    [rsvpupdate] button users can click on to update their RSVP
