Response Error, contact with the author or update the plugin or theme

  • Hello,
    I am using this plugin for my plugins.
    But it doesn’t work on some websites.
    When I go to activate the license, then I am getting this error.

    “Response Error, contact with the author or update the plugin or theme.”

    Can you solve it? Otherwise, it’s not possible to use for a long time.

    Hi,
    it can be happens for server issues, may be your server blocking the request. Please check your server’s firewall settings.

    @raihan143, have you managed to solve this problem? if so, how did you do it?

    @appsbd How exactly do I need to set up a firewall? Which ports need to be opened (on which port the request is made) and what else needs to be configured besides ports?

    @alexzver No, they told me to make the license form optionally. Sometimes it happens if the server disables CURL.
