Response Error

Respected sir ,
Just got small question for you sir . Without autoptimize Plugin the page started responding faster. But the performance is low.
When i activate and do setting the page wait for cached file of .css and .js alot to Respond . That means The circle on the top of browser rotate 4-5 time after activation before it start showing the page . Before activating Plugin 2-3 time rotation of circle on the browser top before its start showing the page .

Which will finally result in increase in loading time . But Performance is Good .

So completely confused Should i optimize it or not . Or If i should optimize it then how i can reduce that circle rotation on the top of browser means less time in loading .
