Response Code: What does 0 mean?

    There is no response code it can be CURL error or API key error.

    First, please check your CURL extension is loaded and working fine.

    Second, check your api key and google console logs, what is the error.

    Extra check: Its have to be same webmaster tools full url and your website full url. For example: If your webmaster tools url starting with http, you can send https request. Its have to be same.
