    Hi,

    how could I fix this please? “Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: The callback validation to your domain failed. Please make sure there is no firewall blocking our servers. Response code: 401”. Thanks beforehand.

    P.D.: I don’t know how to see report number ??

    please try this

    go to toolbox -> debug setting -> set debug log to ON , debug level to Advanced , debug include URI, add litespeed/v1

    then request the domain key again

    after you requested, wait for 10 minutes, go to toolbox -> log view , share the log it generates
