Hi @pepijk,
I’ve checked the website, and I wanted to let you know that there is no issue with the Flip Cards being responsive. They’re actually working as expected.
Just to explain a bit more clearly: responsive design means that the website is designed to automatically adjust its layout when you change the size of the window or when you look at it on different devices like a phone or tablet. So, as you make the browser window smaller or larger, the Flip Cards will adjust their size to fit the space. This is normal and part of how responsive websites work.
However, I think there might be some confusion about what you’re seeing. The issue you’re describing, where the Flip Cards don’t match the height of the images in the columns next to the flip cards when the screen size changes, is not a responsiveness problem. Let me explain.
Imagine if you had some text in a module instead of Flip Cards. On a big screen, this text might take up 3 lines. But when you make the screen smaller, the text will have to shrink and could take up 4 or 5 lines instead. The reason for this is that smaller screens have less space, so the content adjusts accordingly to fit the new space.
This is exactly what is happening with the Flip Cards. When the screen size changes, the amount of space available changes, and the Flip Cards adjust accordingly. If they were to stay exactly the same height as the images no matter what, it would break the layout on smaller screens, and the content wouldn’t fit properly and overflow.
So, to put it simply, this is not something that’s broken—it’s just how web design works when it adjusts for different screen sizes. If this were a text module instead of a Flip Cards module, the text would behave the same way, becoming taller on smaller screens as it wraps onto more lines.
Since this is a more general question about layout behavior in Divi, I recommend reaching out to Divi support for further help with customizing the layout to achieve your desired result. They can offer specific guidance on how to adjust the design structure of your page.
I hope this clears up the confusion! If you need further clarification, please let me know.
