  • If the registrations are listed in the dashboard then the email was sent. It could be that your host blocks wp-mail.

I’ve just checked on my test site and both the notification and autoresponder messages arrived.

So I really need to see your site to help further. If you don’t want to publish the URL here, contact me via the plugin website: https://quick-plugins.com/

    Thanks for your quick reply(s)!

The registrations are listed but e-mails are not sent.
I’m now sure it has to do with my site/provider.
    I’m checking with them first.
Sorry to have bothered you with this.

It’s no bother. If you find the problem let me know and I can add it to the troubleshooting guide

    Will do!

My provider suggested to install the plugin WP-Mail-SMTP and this has fixed the issue.

I been considering adding an SMTP option to the plugin – which will mean one less plugin for your site.

    Thanks.

But I’d also considering finding a new host, if they are blocking wp-mail one wonders what else they are doing.

They’re not blocking it, but they say it gives you a better ‘spamscore’ if you use a plugin.
(And I’ve been having major issues with spamscores lately.)
