Respond field on visitor's side was disabled

  • Installed and tested this plugin on 2 different computers – Chrome and Firefox. In both computers, the visitor could not reply to messages.. the field was disabled and/or the chat would say that “Admin has closed and ended the chat”

    Hope it gets fixed

    Thank you for getting in touch. It sounds like there is a conflict with another plugin or there may be a javascript error on your page caused by your theme or another plugin which is stopping our plugin from working correctly.

    In future, please can you rather leave a support request before posting a one star review. A one star review negatively impacts our average review score considerably and jeopardizes our plugin and business. We spend a lot of time developing this plugin and improving on it. We do everything in our power to make sure things like this don’t happen, but sometimes it’s completely out of our control. With that being said we still offer email & forum support to help people that experience these issues (even if the issues are not originating from our plugin)

    I have the same issue here. it only happen on Firefox. it supported terminate a chat, the user can not initialize a chat with reply ability anymore.

    Side note: @wp-livechat Please refrain from asking for admin access even temporary access. Really, that seriously frowned upon and please do not do that anymore.
