    Hello,

The related products show as boxed style by our theme.

But, once this plugin is activated, it will show as full width.

Can you please make it respect the theme style?

    Thanks

    Hi @alexliii,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It seems more like a theme conflict. If you could share your active theme file as a zip that would be really helpful to debug the issue. You can zip the theme directory(Child theme too if any) and share via this?link.

    Hello,

Thanks for email and custom plugin and code snippts by email.

But the issue now is as following:

    https://prnt.sc/yXveFE9cFT5-

I mean “Products per Page” is 32, and column is 4.

This plugin seems that it only shows 4 products by default, please note that the difference between the total number of product per page and the number of column.

In this plugin, there is no setting to control the total number of product per page to overwrite the theme setting but simply show 4 products.

So, either supporting to set products per page setting in the plugin and overwrite the theme setting, or respect theme setting.

    Thanks.

Sorry, I misunderstood, it works as expected.

    one question please:

You know I am using the plugin that you sent to me by email, is that one same with the one here? Should I update the plugin if there is update version here? If yes , the code snippet should be always kept?

    Thanks so much.

    Hi @alexliii,

The changes are already added to our development pipeline. So you can update the plugin seamlessly when the updates are available. Please note, you have to keep the shared code snippet activated on the site.
