    Hi,
    We have installed your plugin and we have a series of 500 errors (memory limit reached) on wordpress. Is there any optimization that needs to be done in order not to occupy all the server resources? Thanks

    Can you please let us know when are you facing this issue?

    Is it coming up during Previewing or Updating a tour?

    If yes, can tell me if you’re using any media or image content on any of the hotspots?

    Hi,
    the problem is about resource limit (500 error).

    This is the error:

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    We also upgrade the hosting plan (with more memory and cpu) but the problem is present.

    The problem is present not always, but sometime.

    Can you please share your website’s debug Log with us for this?

    On top of that, you can share the error log of your control panel as well.

    Since it can contain some sensitive data, you can send the details of the error log to our email: support @ rextheme.com
