resolving embedded links on blog after imported to hosted site

I exported my blog from a wordpress.com site, installed wordpress onto my hosted site, and imported everything onto the hosted site, including the media from the .com site. But I have a lot of embedded links in my blog posts to reference other related posts. These have ended up being hard links that direct back to the .com site.

Is there any automated way to resolve these links to the new hosted posts, without manually changing hundreds of links?
