[resolved] Advanced cache file is yet to be generated, please save settings!

I was getting this error because WordPress/apache do not have permission to write to the wp-content folder on my server.
Fix: touch /path/to/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
chmod XXX /path/to/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
(as appropriate for your setup)
