@cactikelly: The fact that you marked this as Resolved sort of only underscores his point.

Consider using “not-a-support-question” for cases where it’s appropriate instead. This would be one of those such cases.

I only resolve when resolved and this isnt support.

Yes but you have no perspective on the subject due to the fact most of our issues go to emails because our editor and contact information are located on the site.

I am not doubting the functionality of your plugin at all. I wouldn’t make that kind of assessment until after I tried it for myself.

I was simply questioning your motives for how you handle your support and the resolution of your threads. Frankly, not the way I would want my support handled… IF… I were to have an issue with the plugin.

That is all.
