Resmush not working properly

  • I’m having issues with Resmush. For several days now, sometimes it fails to compress the pictures when uploaded.
    Sometimes, even when it compresses them I find a message on the plugin page saying that X number of pictures are not optimized.
    I then have to rerun the process several times because it just disconnects:
    “An error occurred when contacting webservice. Please try again later”.
    I have a very high-speed internet connection so there’s no way that’s the problem.

    We’ve experienced server issues this week, it’s fixed today, and we’re working on a definitive fix.
    Can you confirm us everything is good right now ?

    The plugin was working fine, however, today I’m uploading new pictures to the website but it doesn’t compress them on upload.
