ReSmush.it and Postie plugin

  • ReSmush.it (V0.4.1) enabled on my WP site. I use the Postie Plugin (latest version 1.9.55) to enable submission of blog entries via Email only from authorized users.

    When trying to process a single email (one image c. 200Kb and small amount of text), the Postie process seems to stop and the blog entry is not created.

    Disabling the ReSmush.it plugin allows the Postie plugin to complete successfully.

    Not entirely sure why the interaction between the two plugins is causing problems but will post this in both the ReSmush.it and Postie forums to raise awareness.
