Resizing on mobile

I have issues as well, can’t resize anything with usual:

}

I’d like to resize the site-title which is in the “pull-left” and has a background image associated. It’s hidden behind the mobile nav currently on an iphone.

Also any of the photos on the site – for instance on this page on the iphone the image is distorted. https://marlonriggs.com/signifyin-works/

Not sure why the @media code doesn’t work. Thanks
