Resizing logo in header

Hi there. I’m experiencing a problem with the size of my logo. Actual size is 190 x 170px but visually it’s showing up miniscule. It’s fine the first few times I initially uploaded it. By the third time after tweaking and reloading it became a problem. You view it at
