Resizing from a frontend form

  • Hi, Im using a Themplatictheme for an Estate Agents site, They have a for to submit property on the front end of the site, But as usual the estate agent is uploading straight from Phone or Digital camera. Huge Images !!!.

    The form just uses a file field for the upload, not the wordpress uploader method. Is there anyway of integrating Imsanity to handel file fields in a form.

  • This is a known issue that I haven’t had a chance to fix yet – I don’t know why but when you go through the WordPress API – it seems to skip the normal upload process and doesn’t initialize Imsanity. My guess is that the API doesn’t load any plugins at all probably for performance reasons.

    I will eventually get to this but if anybody has any clues or information about this I’d be very appreciative.
