resize images option greyed out

    Hi,

    The option to resize images is greyed out and I can’t enter a max width and height. This is what it looks like:

    I’m unable to enter any values there.

    Is there a different setting I need to make first perhaps?

    That usually means you have Imsanity enabled (and the relevant verbage got lost in the 6.x release). The Imsanity settings supersede the resize settings in EWWW IO.
    Though, if you need to resize images outside the standard WP media library, you might want to disable Imsanity so you can use the resizing ability in EWWW IO.
