Resize Images?

    Hey guys!
    So…I have a “photoshop battles” website that, of course, has to allow user’s to upload their pictures. However, sometimes when they submit an image in their comment, the images gets cut off. Is there a way I can make it so it AUTOMATICALLY resizes the image upon upload? Here is an example: https://www.photoshopthispic.com/2013/03/15/photoshop-skateboarder/#comments

    ^if you scroll down to the comment of the skateboarder picture, you’ll see that it was uploaded really big. I want to make it so it automatically resizes. It is less frustrating for people that don’t scale down their image before they upload. ??
