Resize image from a different file not uploads

    Hi,

    I have the Smart Image Resize Professional.
    One client uses external file path but in the same wordpress installation location for faster image import using wp all import without downloading in the uploads media folder.

    Is it possible to resize images with your plugin? Is any way to do it?

    Hi @easycomtech

    It depends on how images’ paths are stored in the database. I’d suggest resizing a single product image from the media library to see if it works by clicking the link “Regenerate Thumbnails” ( see screenshot ). the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin will show an error message if the image cannot be processed.
