Resize Image doesn’t work

Dear All,
I’d like to know if are there anybody use this plugin with twentyeleven theme because
it’s seems to be a litte problem with image size. If I leave the default value 200×150
all images inside caruousel will be crop so I must reduce at 140×100 pixel tp visualize
the entire image.
