resinstalling plugin fails

    My site was recently migrated from one hosting service to another. The AWP Classifieds Dashboard did not show up in the new site’s Dashboard, so I had no way to access it. I clicked on the “settings” for it on the plugins page, and got the error, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I tried deactivating/activating and still no luck. Then I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, it ended up in the same state – the plugin appears to be there, but no access to the Dashboard. The ads that were there worked, but I cannot access them or modify them or add new ones without the dashboard.
