Hello everyone, I appreciate your help.

I have installed Ultimate Members. Then I have uninstalled it and there are residues like “new types of user roles”

I have reinstalled the plugin and I HAVE CHECKED “delete all data after uninstalling the plugin”

But I can’t get the “user types I added to disappear. I can’t delete them manually either.”

Hi @robertopablo

We don’t remove the user roles created via UM on plugin deletion because members/users might be assigned with that role and they might encounter issues logging in to your site when their role has been removed.

You can use this plugin to remove the roles that you don’t need:

Thank you for your answer. But there are also social media fields and reply email formats. How could I erase them?

UM fields shouldn’t be there once the plugin is deactivated. Could you please provide a screenshot of the fields and email formats that you’re referring to?

Hi @robertopablo

1. Those fields are not registered by UM. UM doesn’t have a field builder for the WP Admin > Users form.

2. Are you still receiving that email after deleting an account via WP Admin > Users while the UM plugin is deactivated?
