resetting password is not working

on my domain /wp-login.php site I have requested new password after giving the email address I have as a host > Check your email for the confirmation link, then visit the login page.

But this email never came to my inbox (have looked also the spam inbox as well)!

What could be the issue?
Any chance to contact WP support to handle this?
