Resetting password doesn't work (can't login to my site)

    The link to my site is above. I cannot log into my site using /wp-login after resetting my password, www.remarpro.com tells me that my password is incorrect even though I had just reset it going through my email. I tried using FTP on DreamHost (my site’s host) to reset the password in the functions.php file located in the current theme I am using but that hasn’t worked either. I tried deleting my cache and my cookies and I’ve tried using multiple browsers but that’s not doing anything to help. Please help, my technical understanding is limited to the point where I can’t seem to understand how to use phpmyadmin…

    Hi nicolassaad,

    Are you having issues logging in to your www.remarpro.com account or your personal website? They use two separate usernames and passwords.

    If you can’t log in to your website, you need to reset your password here, not through www.remarpro.com. Have you tried this yet?

    Yea so I made a follow-up post (that I guess didn’t get posted on this thread) that described how I since was able to log into my account with my new password on Chrome browser but when I’m on Safari it still tells me that the same password is incorrect. I tried deleting my cache and cookies on Safari but nothings working. The good news is that using the FTP trick I was able to finally log into my account. Now I’m just curious as to why Safari is still telling me my password is incorrect. I can (obviously) log into www.remarpro.com to make these posts but when I’m at nicolassaad.com/wp-login.php it’s denying me access to my site even though I’m entering everything correctly. Again, using Chrome and entering the exact same password at wp-login works just fine. Is there anything besides deleting my cache and cookies on Safari that resolve this problem? I’m just curious at this point.
