• Hello everyone, I have messed up really badly all the edit themes of twentyfourteen theme. Now I cannot change them back to default. Is there a way to do it? I tried by changing theme but the Edit Themes stay the same as I changed them. Thanks for your help

  • Have you tried to delete the twentyfourteen theme through the Appearance > Themes menu (not just deleting the directory), and the copying in a fresh copy of the theme (from the wp install download) into your wp-content/themes directory?

Haven’t tried it myself but it’s how I would first approach it.

    Good luck ??

THanks for your asnwer, I did try it.
I need the default content for the following:
    Twenty Fourteen: 404 Template (404.php)
    Twenty Fourteen: Archives (archive.php)
    Twenty Fourteen: Category Template (category.php)
    Twenty Fourteen: Comments (comments.php)
    Twenty Fourteen: content-aside.php

All the rest I managed to reset correctly.

    Thanks for the support
