Reset Ultimate Member Settings

Hi guys,

I am creating a website with Ultimate Member Plugin and it worked until now.. My landing page does not work/show up any more after I changed a few settings in the Ulimate Member Plugin. I know that the problem is caused by this plugin, because I deactivated it to see if the page works without it – and it works.

So my question is: is there any way to set the settings to default? Because it worked after I played with the settings.
